It is time to let go of the old limiting beliefs. Letting go of the worry, despair, and hopelessness we open to possibilities, revealing the path we seek. “Your soul and the power of spirit will grasp you firmly by the hand & guide you, but you must take the first step toward healing and letting go of the mental distress.”
Our Soul says we attract what we want by embodying the completed actions. Our baby step in letting go is as easy as walking barefoot on the earth. If we have a hard time standing, try putting natural salt next to the soles of our feet or sitting on a cloth bag of salt. Now visualize an anchor attached to the base of our spine by a strong golden chain. Let the weight of the anchor pull it deep into the earth and into a pond near the centre where it settles with a thunk. Breathe mindfully, creating a circuit from our root to the anchor, allowing peace to enter, release the anguish into the earth, into this pond of forgiveness. It is in letting go & vibrating at the frequency of abundance, here we shall find the hidden path. A long, difficult project is coming to completion. We deserve the recognition.
